Return & Refund Policy
Royale Boutique is committed to your satisfaction with every purchase. We recognise that occasionally items may not meet your expectations, and we've designed this policy to make returns straightforward and fair.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return items purchased from Royale Boutique within 30 days of receiving them. To qualify for a return, products must remain unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all labels and packaging intact. You'll need to provide proof of purchase such as your order confirmation or receipt.
Returns requested beyond the 30-day period cannot be accommodated.
Return Shipping Arrangements
Customer-Initiated Returns (such as sizing issues or change of preference): You are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage.
Company Error (such as defective items or incorrect products sent): Royale Boutique will cover all return shipping expenses.
Please note that all returns must be sent to our processing facility located in China. This is a requirement for all return requests.
It is your responsibility to ensure items are sent to the correct address. Royale Boutique cannot be held liable for parcels sent to incorrect locations or any resulting complications.
Return Shipping Requirements
When sending items back to us, you must use a tracked shipping service. Tracking numbers are essential as they enable both parties to verify the parcel's location and confirm receipt.
Without valid tracking information, we cannot trace your return and therefore cannot authorise refunds or exchanges.
We strongly advise selecting a courier service that offers insurance or compensation coverage for lost or damaged shipments.
Ensure your return is packaged securely to prevent damage in transit. Items that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging cannot be accepted or refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged product or an item that differs from what you ordered, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at info.royaleboutique@gmail.com with:
- Clear photographs or video footage showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We'll arrange either a replacement or full refund based on your preference.
Additionally, please examine your order immediately upon receipt. Any quality concerns must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Claims made after this period cannot be honoured.
Item Exchanges
Should you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or colour:
- Clearly state your exchange preference in your return notification
- Exchanges are dependent on current stock levels
Cancelling Your Order
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Beyond this time frame, our automated system begins processing and cancellation may not be feasible.
If you contact us within the 2-hour window before dispatch occurs, we can cancel your order and issue a complete refund. Orders that have already been shipped must be returned following standard return procedures once delivered.
Order Dispatch Time frame
We process and dispatch orders within 24-48 hours of purchase. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order leaves our facility.
Refund Processing
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to credit your account. If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days from approval, contact us at info.royaleboutique@gmail.com.
Incorrect Item Received
While we carefully check all orders before dispatch, errors occasionally occur. If you've received the wrong product:
- You may retain the incorrect item in exchange for a partial refund, or
- Return it for the correct item or full refund (return shipping paid by us)

Your Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 provides that goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel distance purchases within 14 days of receipt and return goods within 14 days of cancellation for a refund. These rights apply in addition to our 30-day return policy. If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, reduction in price, or full refund depending on the circumstances.
